Lead Character Designer
About the role
We are producing 5 animated shorts for 5 different series to be released throughout 2027.
We need about 5 character designs for each animated short.
About the animated shorts:
1. How to Man
Everything in Jerry’s life makes him feel emasculated. His wife is the breadwinner, his son gets more tail than he ever has, and his one-year-old daughter can beat him in an arm wrestle.
2. Leopetra
When Moki fails to save an innocent woman getting mugged in an alley because he’s too weak and small, he asks his grandpa to use his magic to make him bigger.

What you'll do
-Design roughly 25 characters from rough explorations to lines with no color to finished colored designs.
-The characters will be designed in vector and be properly layered and ready for rigging/animation.
-The characters will be styled like classic adult animation characters (think The Simpsons, Family Guy, Big Mouth)
-Create character turnarounds for roughly half of the characters you’ve made.
-Create mouth shapes for the characters.
What I'm looking for
Someone who:
-Has experience with the classic adult animation style.
-Can take notes and feedback.
-Can follow deadlines.
-Is responsive over email.
-Wants to make the best adult animation in the world.
-Someone who is ready to possibly work on more projects after this is done.
Compensation
-$30.00 per character (Roughly $750.00 total)
-Lead Character Designer Credit
-Tags to your social media when the animations are posted.
BONUS:
-5% equity for 5 years. This means you’ll earn 5% of the YouTube ad revenue for the specific animations these characters are featured in for 5 years.
-Possibility to work on more and bigger projects after this one.
